Outside workout sessions with a balanced combination of muscle build and cardio workouts, so called HIIT (High Intense Interval Training). After a few weeks of regular workouts with me, you will feel stronger, fitter and happier!
Increase your running speed and endurance with the help of specific training styles, e.g. Intervals, Sprints and Tempo Runs while improving your form and technique.
