Prenatal workout
To keep your body toned and in shape during the entire pregnancy and to build strength for labor and birth
Postnatal workout
Focus on the special needs of your body after giving birth! Working your pelvic floor muscles and ensuring a healthy strong core and aligned body
Core conditioning
Although any exercise performed properly should involve your core, we will focus even more on your midsection. Motivate your neighbors and friends and start your own private mini group sessions.
Preventative back pain treatment
Occupational Back painis both very common and very debilitating. Learn how to practice back pain prevention with specific exercises and simple changes to your everyday activities.
